Before the opening of any roads, berms, yard areas or pavement cuts, the permittee shall file with the Supervisors of Brighton Township an application in form prescribed by said Supervisors setting forth the name of the applicant, the name of the contractor, the place of construction, the type of construction and all information set forth in §
175-14 above. Such application shall be accompanied by payment in the amount set forth in the fee resolution adopted and amended from time to time by the Board of Supervisors to cover the costs of the permit processing and inspections hereinafter set forth.
Any person who shall violate any terms of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof in a summary proceeding, pay a fine of not
more than $500 for each such offense, together with the cost of restoring
such excavation, and in default of the payment of such fine and costs,
shall be sentenced to imprisonment of not more than 10 days. All fines
and costs so recovered shall be paid to the Township Treasurer.
