[Adopted as § 2.04(3) of the former City Code; amended by Ord. No. 98-50; Ord. No. 02-47]
The Board of Review of the City shall consist of the Mayor, two Aldermen to be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council, and two citizen members to be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Common Council. The term of office for the citizen members shall be for three years. If any Aldermanic member of the Board shall cease being an Alderperson, his term as a member of the Board shall immediately terminate. The Mayor shall serve as Chairperson of the Board of Review.
The official meeting place for the Board of Review is hereby designated to be the Common Council chambers in the Municipal Building located at 106 Jones Street, Watertown, Wisconsin, or any other room within the Municipal Building designated by the Board.

As provided by § 70.47(3)(a), Wis. Stats., the Board shall annually hold its first meeting day to comply with state statutes.

Whenever the Assessor, in the performance of the Assessor's duties, requests or obtains income and expense information pursuant to § 70.47(7)(af), Wis. Stats., or any successor statute thereto, then such income and expense information that is provided to the Assessor shall be held by the Assessor on a confidential basis; except, however, that the information may be revealed to and used by persons in the discharging of duties imposed by law; in the discharge of duties imposed by office (including, but not limited to, use by the Assessor in performance of official duties of the Assessor's office and use by the Board of Review in performance of its official duties); or pursuant to order of a court. Income and expense information provided to the Assessor under § 70.47(7)(af), Wis. Stats., unless a court determines that it is inaccurate, is, per § 70.47(7)(af), Wis. Stats., not subject to the right of inspection and copying under § 19.35(1), Wis. Stats.
