The following stated streets and locations shall constitute
the boundaries of "Ward One" of the City of Overland, Missouri:
Baltimore Road (South side of Baltimore Road going East from
Sims Avenue to W. Milton Road and continues along the northern corporate
limits of the City of Overland that is common with the City of Overland
and the City of Breckenridge Hills from the point beginning at Baltimore
Road to Angelo Avenue continuing East to Woodson Road);
Woodson Road (West side of Woodson Road going South from Baltimore
Road to Flora Avenue);
Flora Avenue (North side of Flora Avenue going west from Woodson
Road to Flora Avenue, Northfield Drive and Lackland Road intersection);
Lackland Road (North side of Lackland going West from Flora
Avenue, Northfield Drive and Lackland Road intersection) to Bryant
Avenue;
Bryant Avenue (East Side of Bryant Avenue) going North from
Lackland Road to Niblic Drive;
Niblic Drive (South side of Niblic Drive), going East to Lackland
Road;
Niblic Drive and Lackland Road intersection, East side of Lackland
Road, to Sims Avenue and Lackland Road intersection;
Sims Avenue (East side of Sims Avenue going North from Lackland
Road and Sims Avenue intersection to Baltimore Road).

the boundaries of "Ward Two" of the City of Overland, Missouri:
The northern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the City of Breckenridge Hills (the corporate
City limits of the City of Overland common to the City of Overland
and the City of Breckenridge Hills going east from the point beginning
at Baltimore Road);
The northeastern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the City of St. John;
The eastern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the Village of Sycamore Hills; the eastern
corporate limits of the City of Overland common to the City of Overland
and the City of Charlack;
The eastern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the City of Vinita Park;
The southern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the City of University City (The corporate
limits of the City of Overland common with the City of Overland and
the City of University City to Woodson Road at Old Pennell Drive);
Woodson Road (East side of Woodson Road going north from the
southeast point of the City of Overland corporate limits located at
Woodson Road and Old Pennell Drive to the northern corporate limits
of the City of Overland located at Woodson Road and Baltimore Road).

Woodson Road (West side of Woodson Road going South from Flora
Avenue to Old Pennell Drive);
The southern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the City of University City;
The southern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the unincorporated St. Louis County;
The southern corporate limits of the City of Overland common
to the City of Overland and the City of Olivette;
Ashby Road (East side of Ashby Road going North from the southwest
comer location of the corporate limits of the City of Overland to
Page Avenue);
Page Avenue (South side of Page Avenue going East from Ashby
Road to O'Connell Avenue);
O'Connell Avenue (East side of O'Connell Avenue going North
from Page Avenue to Lackland Road);
Lackland Road (South side of Lackland Road going East from O'Connell
Avenue to Flora Avenue, Northfield Drive and Lackland Road intersection);
Flora Avenue (South side of Flora Avenue going East from Flora
Avenue, Northfield Drive and Lackland Road intersection to Woodson

the boundaries of "Ward Four" of the City of Overland, Missouri:
Page Avenue (North side of Page Avenue going East from Ashby
Road to O'Connell Avenue;
O'Connell Avenue (West side of O'Connell Avenue going North
from Page Avenue to Lackland Road);
Lackland Road (North side of Lackland Road going East from O'Connell
Avenue to Bryant Avenue and Lackland Road intersection;
Bryant Avenue (West side of Bryant Avenue going North from Lackland
Road to Niblic Drive;
Niblic Drive (North side of Niblic Drive), going East to Lackland
Road;
Niblic Drive and Lackland Road intersection, West side of Lackland
Road, to Sims Avenue and Lackland Road intersection;
Sims Avenue (West side of Sims Avenue going North from Lackland
Road and Sims Avenue intersection to Baltimore Road).
All City elections shall be conducted and held in conformance
with the provisions of Chapter 115, RSMo.
A. A municipal
election for the qualified voters of this City shall be held on the
first (1st) Tuesday after the first (1st) Monday in April of each
year.
B. On
the first (1st) Tuesday after the first (1st) Monday in April of even-numbered
years in 1998 and every four (4) years thereafter, a municipal election
of the qualified voters of the City of Overland shall be held for
the purpose of electing a Mayor who shall hold his/her office for
a term of four (4) years and until his/her successor is elected and
qualified.
C. On
the first (1st) Tuesday after the first (1st) Monday in April of even-numbered
years, a municipal election of the qualified voters of the City of
Overland shall be held for the purpose of electing one (1) Council
member from each ward who shall hold his/her office for a term of
two (2) years and until his/her successor is elected and qualified.
D. On
the first (1st) Tuesday after the first (1st) Monday in April of odd-numbered
years, a municipal election of the qualified voters of the City of
Overland shall be held for the purpose of electing one (1) Council
member from each ward, who shall hold his/her office for a term of
two (2) years and until his/her successor is elected and qualified.

Any person who desires to become a candidate for an elective
City office at the general City election shall file with the City
Clerk, not prior to the hour of 8:00 A.M. on the sixteenth (16th)
Tuesday prior to nor later than 5:00 P.M. on the eleventh (11th) Tuesday
prior to the next City municipal election, a written declaration of
his/her intent to become a candidate at said election. The City Clerk
shall keep a permanent record of the names of the candidates, the
offices for which they seek election, and the date of their filing,
and their names shall appear on the ballots in that order.
The City Clerk shall, on or before the fifteenth (15th) Tuesday
prior to any election at which City offices are to be filled by said
election, notify the general public of the opening filing date, the
office or offices to be filled, the proper place for filing, and the
closing filing date of the election. Such notification may be accomplished
by legal notice published in at least one (1) newspaper of general
circulation in the City.
In City elections, the City Clerk shall notify the County Board
of Election Commissioners prior to 5:00 P.M. on the tenth (10th) Tuesday
prior to any City election except as noted in Section 115.125.1, RSMo.
The notice shall be in writing, shall specify that the City Council
is calling the election, the purpose of the election, the date of
the election, and shall include a certified copy of the legal notice
to be published including the sample ballot. The written notice shall
be executed on behalf of the City Council by the Mayor of the Council
and shall include the attestation of the City Clerk and shall have
affixed thereto the Seal of the City of Overland. The notice and any
other information required by this Section may, with the prior notification
to the election authority receiving the notice, be accepted by facsimile
transmission prior to 5:00 P.M. on the tenth (10th) Tuesday prior
to the election, provided that the original copy of the notice and
a certified copy of the legal notice to be published shall be received
in the office of the election authority within three (3) business
days from the date of the facsimile transmission.

All candidates for office under the provisions of this Chapter
shall pay to the City Clerk at the time of filing, a fee in the amount
set opposite the office to be filled at an election, as follows:
