Except as provided in Schedule VIII regarding through truck
traffic, the following streets shall be designated through streets,
and at each intersection with any other street there shall be a stop
sign placed at the corner of each intersecting street to regulate
and stop traffic on each intersecting street at its intersection with
these through streets, whether the intersecting street crosses the
through street or comprises a "T" intersection.
