B. 
The fee for a permit to construct a mobile home park shall be two dollars fifty cents ($2.50) per unit space.
C. 
Other Fees. Plan review fee schedule:
Ten dollars ($10.00) for the first (1st) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) plus one dollar ($1.00) for each additional one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or fraction thereof of estimated project cost.
D. 
Project Costs Statements. Any business or persons applying for a permit hereunder shall furnish the City Clerk a sworn statement or application setting forth the project costs or such other proof as the City Clerk may require at the time of filing the application for a permit. When preparing said sworn financial statement or application hereunder, an applicant shall use the same figures shown by its books and records, bid proposals, sales records, sales receipts for materials, contracts, or by any other records or copies thereof, which completely and accurately show such project costs of the applicant.
