Any person, persons, partnerships, corporations, or other entity
who shall in any way violate the provisions of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay to the Town of Ocean View
a fine for each and every offense, together with the costs of prosecution.
Each day or part of a day on which a violation continues shall
be deemed a separate offense.
Any person, persons, partnerships, corporations or other entity that shall have been convicted of violating the provisions of Article V for the third time shall, in addition to other applicable fees and penalties, have his/her/its/their license(s) to do business in the Town revoked.
