It is unlawful to use or disburse alcoholic beverages within the confines of the Clairton City Park with the exception of:
A. 
The Clairton Park Lodge.
B. 
Clairton Park shelter facilities.
No drinking shall be permitted in the Clairton Park Lodge or Clairton Park shelter facilities unless a permit has been acquired by the users from the Department of Recreation of the City of Clairton.

Any person, corporation or organization violating this article will be fined in an amount up to $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days. In addition, all alcoholic beverages will be confiscated.
