In addition to building permit fees payable pursuant to this Municipal Code, applications for development in special flood hazard areas shall be payable at the time of application in an amount determined by majority vote of the Town Council at any regularly scheduled meeting of the Council. Applications for variances pursuant to Article VI of this Chapter shall be accompanied by a fee equal to the fee charged for variances in accordance with Chapter 275, Zoning.
