It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to use and maintain as a full- or part-time dwelling or
residence, or as living quarters in any manner, any trailer, mobile
home, travel trailer or camper, or any other residential structure
that is titled by means of a certificate of title issued by the Delaware
Division of Motor Vehicles and/or a Ccertificate of origin.
