Any owner or owners of property contiguous to the present corporate limits of the Town of Dagsboro may apply for annexation to the Town Council.
Any such application for annexation shall contain the following information:
Metes and bounds description of the property to be annexed; tax map and parcel number.
Recent survey plot of the property, including identification of that part to be annexed, if not the entire parcel.
Statement of reasons for annexations and grounds and support thereof.
Petition fee as set by resolution of Council.
Certified list of all property owners located in the territory requested to be annexed.
The name, address, phone number, and other information as determined by Town Council to be necessary, for each applicant as well as the signature of each property owner filing the petition for annexation.
If any applicant is a partnership, the names and addresses of the individuals composing the partnership, including all limited partners.
If any applicant is a corporation, the name and address of each stockholder owning more than 10% of the stock of the corporation, the name and address of each officer, and the name and address of each member of the board of directors or other governing body.
If any applicant is a limited liability company, the names and address of the individuals composing the company.
