Street excavations — See Ch. 244, Art. II.
No person, firm or corporation shall open, cut into or connect with any sewer of the Village or any part of the Village sewer system without a permit signed by the Clerk of the Village and unless under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Public Works and in accordance with Article II, Street Excavations, of Chapter 244 of this Code.

All property in the Village of Whitesboro shall be connected to the public sewer system, where such system is available, in accordance with the Oneida County Public Works Sewer Ordinance. All discharges from such property connected to the public sewer system shall comply with county ordinances and regulations.

Any person violating or failing to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1-11 of Chapter 1, General Provisions.
