All of the provisions of Chapter 55, Article II, of the Code
of the Town of Riga, as amended, permitting and regulating games of
chance in said town shall be and the same hereby are deemed to be
applicable within the corporate limits of the Village of Churchville,
and the Village Board of the Village of Churchville hereby authorizes
the Town Clerk of the Town of Riga to issue to the authorized organizations
licenses for conducting games of chance within the Village of Churchville,
subject to all of the other provisions of Chapter 55, Article II,
of the Code of the Town of Riga, as amended.
