No person or persons shall cut, girdle, despoil or in any way willfully injure any shade or ornamental tree in or upon a park, or any other public ground, or in or upon the cemeteries in the Village, or in or upon any street, public lane or alley, or cut, mar or deface any bridge.
No person or persons shall tie any horse, team or animal whatever to any shade or ornamental tree.
No person or persons shall negligently or designedly leave any horse, team or animal whatever standing near any shade or ornamental tree in such a way that such team, horse or animal shall bite, gnaw or otherwise injure any such shade or ornamental tree.
It shall be unlawful for any owner or owners of any horse or other animal running at large to allow such horse or other animal to bite, gnaw, or otherwise injure any shade or ornamental tree.
No person or persons shall tie or fasten any horse or other animal to the fence or any post around the public park in the Village.
Any person committing an offense against any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Village Code.
