All buildings, structures and premises owned by the Boroughs participating in the L.E.A., fire stations and EMS stations, if classified as non-life hazard, although not exempt from registration or inspection, will be exempt from paying an inspection fee as pursuant to this article.
The Borough of Barrington, through its Bureau of Fire Prevention, operating as the Regional Fire Prevention Alliance, hereby adopts the New Jersey Uniform Fire Safety Act.
All fines and penalties collected by the enforcing agency established by § 183-2 of this article shall be appropriated by the local body to the local enforcing agency for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
