A.
As Contained In Section 8 Regulations. The dwelling unit shall be
in compliance with HUD Lead Based Paint Regulations issued pursuant
to the Lead Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act, 42 U.S.C. § 4801.
The owner shall provide a certification that the dwelling is in accordance
with such HUD regulations.
B.
If the property was constructed prior to 1950, upon occupancy the
family shall have been furnished with the notice required by HUD lead
based paint regulations, procedures regarding the hazards of lead
based paint poisoning, descriptions of the symptoms and treatment
of lead poisoning, and the precautions to be taken against lead poisoning.
