A.
Applicant fees.
(1)
Subdivision per lot fee when land development plan or Component 1
is needed: $950.
(2)
Single-family residence, per lot fee; multifamily residence (per
EDU); privy or holding tank (when soils testing is required): $850.*
(3)
Privy or holding tank (if no soil testing required): $450.
(4)
Repair of system (soil testing required) estimate: $700.
(5)
Repair of system (no testing required) estimate: $450.
(6)
Replace tank only: $450.
(7)
Renew expired permit without changes, field verification required;
transfer permit to another; without soil testing: $450.
(8)
Inspection of existing system, dye test, letter of acceptability
of use: $550.

*This fee entitles the applicant to a site evaluation, slope
reading, soils evaluation and soil logs (maximum of two per application),
one percolation test (maximum of six percolation holes per application),
forms, review of system design and final inspection.

B.
Additional fees.
(1)
Services in addition to those stated above in the standard application
fees will result in fees per the prices set forth below. These additional
fees are incurred with but not limited to: additional testing, evaluation,
forms, reports, planning module review, malfunction and complaint
investigations, site reviews, return visits/inspections, verifications,
forms, waivers, ten-acre exemption, inspection and forms, sewage facilities
planning modules, small flow system planning, system designs and other
extraordinary SEO or technician requirements. Mileage will be billed
at the current government rate.
A fee of $200 is required as a service charge deduct from the
refund of an application fee when there has been no site study or
soils testing performed. Once a site study or soils testing has begun,
there will be no refund.
