Pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 1948, c. 264, there is hereby
established in and for the Borough of Mount Ephraim a Municipal Court,
to be known and designated as the "Municipal Court of the Borough
of Mount Ephraim."
All matters generally cognizable in the Municipal Court of the
Borough of Mount Ephraim shall be handled by and through the Municipal
Court of the Borough of Oaklyn pursuant to a certain Shared Services
Agreement on file with the Clerk of the Borough of Mount Ephraim.
As used herein, the term “Municipal Court” shall mean
and refer to same.

The Judge of the Municipal Court is authorized to make decisions
as to which defendants are indigent; and, if such determination is
made, the Public Defender shall represent such defendant.
