There is hereby established by and within the Borough of Mount Ephraim a section setting forth policies and procedures concerning the payment of and/or disbursement of fees to the Mayor for services in connection with the performance of marriage and civil union ceremonies.
A. 
Persons seeking to be married or joined in civil union by the Mayor of the Borough of Mount Ephraim shall pay to the Borough of Mount Ephraim the fee set forth in Chapter 165, Article II, Fee Schedule, for such services. The Mayor is authorized to waive such fee for residents of the Borough of Mount Ephraim.[1]

B. 
The Borough of Mount Ephraim shall be paid for all marriage or civil union ceremonies immediately upon completion of any such marriage or civil union ceremony. The fees shall be deposited into the current fund, payable to the Borough of Mount Ephraim.
C. 
The Borough of Mount Ephraim shall disburse to the Mayor the full amount collected for any such marriage of civil union ceremony on a monthly basis and shall pay the Mayor accordingly.
