[Adopted 10-2-2003 by Ord. No. 715 (Ch. 75 of the 1973 Borough Code)]
The 2015 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the property maintenance code of the Borough of Mount Ephraim for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all the regulations, provisions, conditions, terms and penalties of the said International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this article. The International Property Maintenance Code is available for review at the Clerk's office.

No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or rent to another for occupancy any dwelling or dwelling unit for the purpose of living therein which does not conform to the provisions of the New Jersey State Housing Code established hereby as the standard to be used in determining whether a dwelling is safe, sanitary and fit for human habitation.
