It shall be unlawful for any storekeeper, merchant or any other person or corporation having business or residence on the Black Horse Pike and Kings Highway in the Borough of Mount Ephraim to encumber or obstruct or to permit to be encumbered or obstructed any portion of the sidewalk on the Black Horse Pike and Kings Highway in the Borough of Mount Ephraim or within 100 feet of the side property lines of the Black Horse Pike or Kings Highway or any intersecting street or alley.

Anyone violating the provisions of this article may be subject to the penalty provisions contained in Chapter 305, Penalties.
