Trucks or motor vehicles over four tons' gross weight are hereby
excluded from all the municipally owned streets of the Borough of
Mount Ephraim, except for local pickup and delivery, which shall not
be allowed from 7:00 p.m. at night until 7:00 a.m. the following morning.
Appropriate signs signifying such prohibition shall be installed at
various locations at the geographical limits of the Borough of Mount
Ephraim.
