As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
CAMPER
A minibus or van-type vehicle with sufficient equipment to
render it suitable for use as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational
or vacation use.
FOLDING-TENT TRAILER
A folding structure mounted on wheels and designed for travel
and vacation use and intended to be moved by towing.
MOBILE HOME (MOTORIZED HOME)
A vehicle, self-propelled or otherwise, used or intended
to be used as a conveyance and so designed or constructed to permit
its occupancy for dwelling or sleeping purposes for one or more persons
and leaving no foundation, other than wheels, jacks or skirtings so
arranged as to be an integral part of or portable by the vehicle.
MOTOR VEHICLE
Any vehicle propelled otherwise than by muscular power.
PICKUP CAMPER
A structure designed primarily to be mounted on a truck and
with sufficient equipment to render it suitable for use as a temporary
dwelling for travel, recreational or vacation use.
TRAILER
A nonautomotive platform or box with wheels used to transport
items and designed to be pulled.
TRAVEL TRAILER
A vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed
to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel and recreational vacation
use and intended to be moved by towing.
VEHICLE LENGTH
A.
In the case of a travel trailer and folding-tent trailer, the
overall length measured from the extreme rear portion of the unit
to the extreme forward end of the trailer hitch.
B.
In the case of a motorized home, the length of the vehicle measured
from the rear bumper to the front bumper at the longest point.
C.
In the case of a camper or pickup camper, the length of the
vehicle comprising the camper or in which the camper body is installed.
