Pursuant to the provisions of the Stille-DeRossett-Hale Single
State Construction Code Act, MCL 125.1501 et seq., the Township hereby
assumes the responsibility for the administration and enforcement
of that Act and Code throughout its corporate limits. The Department
of Building Services is designated as the enforcing agency to discharge
the responsibilities of the Township under the Act.
