Regarding all private driveways or entrances to private property
from the public streets within the Town of Carrollton, Missouri, the
elevation grades of the said driveways or entrances and the drainage
pipes used in conjunction therewith, which are constructed, graded,
or laid, within the said Town, shall be done under the supervision
and approval of a qualified engineer or the duly appointed Street
Commissioner of the Town of Carrollton, Missouri. The surface of the
driveways and entrances shall be of concrete or asphalt from the street
surface to the edge of the road right-of-way. The driveway from the
edge of the road right-of-way on the lot must be permanently surfaced
(concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel).
