No person shall willfully injure or intentionally deface, destroy, or unlawfully remove, take or meddle with any property belonging to the Village or its departments or to any private person without the consent of the owner of the property or proper authority. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.

Whoever intentionally marks, draws or writes with paint, ink or another substance on or intentionally etches into the physical property of another without the other person's consent is guilty of a violation of this section. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.

No person shall throw any glass, rubbish, waste, or filth upon the streets, alleys, highways, public parks, or other property of the Village or upon any private property not owned by him or upon the surface of any body of water within the Village. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.

No person shall intentionally enter any building or dwelling of another without the consent of some person lawfully on the premises, under circumstances tending to create or provoke a breach of the peace. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.

A. No person shall intentionally take and carry away, use, transfer, conceal, or retain possession of movable property of another, having a value not in excess of $500, without the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the owner permanently of possession of such property. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.
B. Attempted theft. Whoever intentionally attempts to permanently deprive an owner of his or her property by carrying it away, concealing it, or retaining possession of it without the consent of the owner is guilty of a violation of this section. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.

Whoever intentionally and knowingly possesses or conceals property that has been stolen is guilty of a violation of this section. Whoever violates this section is subject to a penalty as set forth in §
1-2 of the Code.
It shall be unlawful to be within the confines of any cemetery,
either public or private in ownership, within the Village from 1/2
hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise.
