Any person found to be violating any provision of this Part,
except Part 1F, shall be served by the Borough with a written notice
stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time
limit of not less than 10 nor more than 20 days for the satisfactory
correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time
stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part shall
become liable to the Borough for any expense, loss or damage occasioned
the Borough by reason of such violation.
