[Ord. 593, 4/8/1986]
It is the purpose of this district to provide areas of the Borough
which may be used primarily for agriculture and single-family dwellings
at low density or developed as a planned residential use. The PD-1
District is located a considerable distance from shopping and employment
centers within the Borough, warranting lower densities. The district
serves as a logical transition between the Borough and adjacent municipalities.
