A.
There is hereby established an Agency and Trust Fund.
B.
The purpose of this fund is to receive gifts and endowments made
to the City of Osage Beach for special purposes and accurately safeguard
the monies.
C.
The accounts shall be maintained as per Governments Finance Officers
Association publication "Governmental Accounting, Auditing, and Financial
Reporting," copyright 1988 and any updates.
