The terms and conditions of employment of nonunion employees
of the Town shall be established, and may from time to time be changed,
by the Select Board as that Board deems fair and equitable, and as
otherwise subject to applicable law, but no such employee shall be
paid salary and compensation in excess of the amount so appropriated
by Town Meeting.
