No person, except the owner or occupant, shall stand or remain
in any doorway or upon any stairs, doorsteps, portico or other projection
from any house or building, or upon any wall or fence on or near any
street or public way or public place, after having been requested
by the owner or any occupant of the premises or by any constable,
watchman employed by the Town, or public officer to remove therefrom.
Any person violating any of the provision of this bylaw may be arrested without a warrant, and shall be punished by a fine in accordance with Chapter
1, Article
I, §
1-4, of these bylaws.
