8, Art. I, of the 1980 Code)]
The term of office of the Mayor and the Trustees of the Village
of Manchester shall hereafter be for four years.

Provisions, Art. II)]
Village elections for the election of the Mayor and Trustees
shall hereafter be held biennially on the third Tuesday in March in
the even-numbered years.

Pursuant to New York State Village Law § 3-300(2),
any appointed Village officer of the Village of Manchester need not
reside within the Village of Manchester, provided said appointed officer
resides within the County of Ontario.
