Deadline. After plan approval by the Board of Supervisors or Planning Commission, in the case of a minor subdivision, the administrator shall record the plan in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Northampton County within 90 days of the release of said plan.

The record plan shall be a clear and legible blue or black line print on Mylar and shall be an exact copy of the approved final plan on a sheet of the size required for final plans. After the final plan has been recorded, one reproducible copy thereof and one print, on a stable base material suitable for microfilming, shall be supplied to the Township for its permanent files.

Official Map. After a subdivision or land development has been duly recorded, the streets, parks, and other public improvements shown thereon shall be considered to be part of any Official Map of the Township.
2. 
Improvements Private. Every street, park or other improvement shown on a subdivision or land development plan that is recorded, as provided herein, shall be deemed to be a private street, park, or improvement until such time as:
A. 
It has been offered for dedication to the Township and accepted, by resolution, and recorded.
B. 
It has been condemned for use as a public street, park, or improvement.
3. 
Dedication of Improvements. Streets, parks, and other public improvements shown on a subdivision or land development plan to be recorded:
A. 
May be offered for dedication to the Township by formal notation thereof on the plan.
B. 
The owner shall note on the plan that such improvements have not been offered for dedication to the Township.
