1.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle longitudinally upon any
sidewalk in the Township, nor shall any person operate any such vehicle
upon or across any sidewalks except in order to gain access to or
egress from a driveway or alley at such location where the curb, if
such sidewalk shall be curbed, shall have been properly cut down for
the purpose.
2.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this Section shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than
$25 and costs of prosecution and in default of payment of such fine
and costs, to imprisonment of not more than 10 days.

leaves, wood, stones, or any material on the streets and alleys of
the Township.
2.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this Section shall,

Maximum
speed limits are established on portions of specified streets, as
follows, and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle
on any part of a street where a maximum speed limit applies at a higher
speed than the maximum prescribed for that part of the street:

Any person
who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon conviction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of $35 and costs. Any person exceeding
the maximum speed limit by more than five miles per hour shall pay
an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five
miles per hour over the maximum speed limit.

The following intersections are hereby declared to be stop intersections,
and official stop signs shall be erected (or are hereby confirmed
if heretofore erected), in such a position as to face traffic approaching
the second-named street upon the first-named street, in the direction
or directions hereby indicated. All vehicles and tractors approaching
the intersection upon the first-named street, in the direction or
directions hereby indicated in each case, shall come to a full stop,
within a reasonable distance, before entering such intersection:

Any and all fines levied pursuant to a violation of this Part shall
be in accordance with the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.

The Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to designate as
play highways, whenever they shall deem such action advisable, and
for whatever period of time directed by them, any portion of any street
or alley in the Township, whereon sledding and coasting shall be permitted.
Such play highway shall be set apart for the purpose under the direction
of the Board of Supervisors. No person shall operate any motor vehicle
or tractor upon any play highway at any time when such play highway
shall be so designated, except in case of emergency, with special
permission of the Board of Supervisors or police officer in charge,
who shall first clear such play highway of all persons using the same
for the purpose for which it was set aside. Any person who shall violate
any provision of this Section shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $10 and costs of prosecution, and in
default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not
more than five days.

Truck traffic is prohibited in certain locations. Truck traffic
shall be prohibited, except for local deliveries, at all times in
