Editor's Note: The enacting clause of Ordinance 319 stated
that the ordinance was an amendment, revision and reenactment of the
Zoning Ordinance of 1935. However, since this ordinance is self-contained,
it is, for convenience and simplicity, here cited as such. Section
1004 of Ordinance 319 repealed all inconsistent ordinances and parts
of ordinances; Section 1005 provided that the ordinance be effective
10 days after final approval.
