The City of Ithaca seeks to preserve and expand the amount of
affordable, owner-occupied housing throughout the City.
The exemption authorized by Section 467-j of the Real Property
Tax Law is hereby adopted.
This article shall take effect immediately upon filing with
the Secretary of State and shall be applicable for all assessments
rolls filed after this date.
