Township of Carroll, PA Vehicle Weight and Class Limits

The maximum weight of any motor vehicle, school bus, trailer or semitrailer, together with the load thereon, is hereby limited on the following streets and/or bridges in Carroll Township in accordance with the gross weight limit provided:[1]

Official weight limit and axle limit restriction signs shall be erected and maintained in accordance with the provisions of the Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to such penalty as is provided by the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code for conduct similarly prescribed therein.
