The use of the Senior Community Center or Glenburn Estate shall
be subject to the following Event Fees. The use of the Senior Community
Center by a private group, organization, or individual shall be limited
to Borough residents only. A security deposit in the amount of $500
shall be required from any private group, organization, or individual
utilizing the Senior Community or Glenburn Estate. The nonrefundable
fees for the Senior Community Center and Glenburn are:
A. Senior Community Center - upper level main room:
(1) Resident - private event: $250.
(2) Civic and nonprofit organizations:
(3) Commercial/business organizations:
B. Glenburn Estate:
(1) Barn and pavilion (per day): $350.
(3) Full use of property and house (per day): $850.
(4) Wedding package (three days required): $3,500.

C. Privately run classes or meetings. There shall be a room fee at the
Senior Community Center and Glenburn Estate for classes or meetings
run by a private group, organization, or individual. This room fee
shall not apply to any Borough-sponsored classes or meetings and shall
be paid by the private group, organization, or individual sponsoring
the event. The room fee per date must be paid when the reservation
is made.
