As authorized by and in accordance with Section 355.010 of this
Title, it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to
stop, stand or park said motor vehicle at any one time or instance
or location, as designated herein, except when necessary to avoid
a conflict with the directions of a Police Officer or traffic control
sign or signal.

It shall
be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park a truck, trailer,
tractor or commercial vehicle in the following location(s):

Any person,
firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this Table shall
be deemed guilty and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine
not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.

No parking
signs shall be placed at the following locations. It shall be unlawful
for any person operating a motor vehicle to park at said locations
and, additionally, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle owner to allow
his/her vehicle to be parked at said locations.
