The purpose of the home occupation provisions is to allow for
home occupations that are compatible with the neighborhood in which
they are located. The provisions contained herein shall supersede
any provisions to the contrary found elsewhere in the Zoning Code.

Home occupations complying with the criteria established in Section
615.030 shall be considered minor but still require occupational licenses issued by the City Clerk.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits,
neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement
of any of the provisions of this Chapter, shall, upon conviction,
be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
Each day that a violation shall exist shall constitute a separate
offense.
