By authority of the resolution duly adopted by the Village of Canajoharie Board on September 3, 1963, pursuant to the provisions of Article VIA and acts amendatory thereto,[1] the Village Board authorized and empowered the Planning Board of the Village of Canajoharie to approve or disapprove:
A. 
Changes in the lines of existing streets, highways or public areas shown on subdivision plats or maps filed in the County Clerk's office.
B. 
The laying out of, closing off or abandonment of such streets, highways or public areas under and subject to the provisions of the Village and Highway Laws.

C. 
All plats showing lots, blocks or sites with or without streets or highways; to pass and approve the development of plats already filed in the County Clerk's office if such plats are entirely or partially undeveloped; and to control subdivisions.
