The streams and brooks running through said Borough, as have not heretofore by ordinance or ordinances been specifically designated and defined by name shall, from and after the adoption and due publication of this Part, be specifically designated and named as follows: The creek entering the Borough near the residence of C.W. Avery, on Kelsey Street, and thence flowing to a junction with Jackson Creek, near and above the residence of Henry Radiker, on the east side of Tioga Street, as Kelsey Creek. The creek entering the Borough on the farm of R.R. Austin, and thence flowing to a junction with Kelsey Creek, below the factory of Harmon, Borden & Co., on the east side of Tioga Street, as Morris Creek. The creek entering the Borough in the easterly part thereof, north of East Avenue, and thence flowing to a junction with Kelsey Creek, near the residence of Henry Radiker, on the east side of Tioga Street, as Jackson Creek. The creek formed by the junction of Kelsey Creek and Jackson Creek, and thence flowing northerly out of the Borough, as Marsh Creek. The brook entering the Borough on the farm of Lewis Yahn, south of Fischler Street, and thence flowing to a junction with Kelsey Creek, near the foot of King Street, as Hoover Brook. The brook crossing Pearl Street at the southerly limit thereof, and thence flowing westerly to a junction with Kelsey Creek, as Fellows Creek. The brook entering the Borough on the farm of the late Samuel Dickinson, and thence flowing to a junction with Kelsey Creek, at lands of John Harkness, as Boyden Brook. The brook entering the Borough, or rising in the northeasterly part thereof, and thence flowing to Jackson Creek, near the junction of Charleston Street and Fellows Avenue, as Johnson Brook. The brook flowing from the reservoir to Jackson Creek, as Overflow Brook.
