No person shall be permitted to receive a City auto sticker
for any motorized vehicles unless they reside in the City of Velda
Village Hills and all personal property and trash bills previously
assessed and this year's current assessment are paid in full.

The citizens of the City of Velda Village Hills are required
to use the trash hauler that is currently under contract with the
City of Velda Village Hills.

City stickers are required in order for the police, the citizens,
and the Board of Alderman to determine whether or not automobiles
belong to a citizen of the City of Velda Village Hills. It is another
way of enforcing our public nuisance law protecting our citizens and
the City of Velda Village Hills.

A person, firm or corporation is deemed to park and/or store
a vehicle on a temporary basis if the vehicle is physically present
on a continuous basis in excess of (7) days.

Auto stickers must be renewed no later January 15 of each calendar
year. After January 15 of each calendar year, stickers will be assessed
a late fee of two dollars ($2.00).

Cost for said stickers will be five dollars ($5.00) per automobile
and two dollars ($2.00) per temporary sticker.

Anyone violating any Section of this Article will be summoned
to court and ordered to pay a fine.
