That Missouri cities of less than thirty thousand (30,000) inhabitants,
Foristell being such, have the authority pursuant to Sections 90.500
to 90.570, RSMo., to establish a park board consisting of nine (9)
directors with staggered terms of voluntary service from citizens
at large who indicate their interest in parks within the City.

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Foristell, Missouri, hereby
establishes the Foristell Park Board consisting of nine (9) directors
chosen from citizens at large who are interested in the advancement
of parks within the City of Foristell, Missouri.
