The Police Department of the Township of West Vincent is hereby directed and authorized to administer this chapter on behalf of the Township.
No person shall operate an off-highway vehicle or similar vehicle without an operative baffled muffler or in such manner or at such time or times of day as to cause an unreasonable annoyance and disturbance of the peace of the Township and citizens thereof.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a fine, upon summary conviction of said violation, of not more than $50 or to suffer imprisonment for a period not to exceed five days for failure to pay said fine and costs.
