The Borough Council of the Borough of Folcroft appoints the
locally elected Tax Collector or his/her predecessor or successor
as the agent authorized to provide and issue real estate tax certification
upon request by the real estate property owner or their authorized
agent, and hereby authorizes said Tax Collector to collect a fee in
an amount as established from time to time by resolution of Borough
Council per taxing year certified; further, a fee is hereby established,
to be collected by the above-designated persons, for the issuance
of a duplicate tax bill or facsimile thereof: said fee shall be in
an amount as established from time to time by resolution of Borough
Council for each document issued.
