§ 259-1 Public display restricted.

No person, except the holder of a license granted under MGL c. 140, § 58, or a junk dealer duly licensed under the Town bylaws, said licenses issued by the Select Board (Board), shall keep or permit to keep exposed on his premises unused or unregistered motor vehicles within 150 feet of a public way or within 50 feet of a property line, unless authorized to do so by a permit issued by the Board.
