Prior to issuing any building permit, the Zoning Administrator
shall determine that the proposed project is in compliance with Chapter
VIII of Title 36, Part 800, of the Federal Register which deals with
the protection of historic and cultural properties. The applicant
shall provide to the Zoning Administrator documentation to show the
proposed activities will not violate federal requirements dealing
with the properties eligible for the National Register of Historic
Places.
