Whoever violates any of these provisions shall, upon conviction in a summary proceeding, be sentenced for each violation to pay a fine of not more than $600, together with cost of prosecution for each violation, and, in default of the payment of such fines and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Each violation hereof that shall exist will constitute a separate violation and offense.
