Amendments to this Charter shall be in conformity with the provisions
of Act 62 of 1972, and as amended from time to time.[1]

The procedure for the nomination and election of all Township
officials shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of
the Pennsylvania Election Code.
If any provision of this Charter shall be judged by any court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect,
impair, or invalidate the remainder thereof but shall be confined
in its operation to the particular provision involved.
