All arrangements for the hiring and use of off-duty details
of Upper Darby Township police officers for the purposes provided
for herein must be made with the Superintendent of Police of Upper
Darby Township or his designee. Arrangements for the hiring and use
of off-duty details for Upper Darby Township Fire Department Chief,
Deputy Chief and Fire Marshal for the purposes provided for herein
must be made with the Upper Darby Township Fire Department Chief or
his designee. Other employees and members of the Upper Darby Township
Fire Department shall not be available for off-duty details pursuant
to this article.
A.
Police compensation for such services with respect to salary for
the groups named herein will be established by the collective bargaining
agreement.

B.
An administrative service charge equal to 10% of the total amount
charged shall be included in all invoices for the services described
here.
C.
The Superintendent of Police, or his designee, will be responsible
for the preparation of and mailing of all invoices for the services
provided herein.
D.
Payments therefor shall be made by check payable to "Upper Darby
Township" and mailed to the office of the Superintendent of Police.
